User Responsibility and Detection Limitations

There is always a possibility that a harmful link may not be flagged, or that a safe link could be mistakenly identified as suspicious. Users are responsible for exercising caution when browsing the internet and using the Service. SafeTap does not assume responsibility for any harm, data loss, or security breaches resulting from inaccurate or incomplete detection of malicious links.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
